We first introduced our Yuzu Kombucha in 2017 as a limited edition β a citrus-forward experiment that quickly gained a loyal following. By 2019, it earned a permanent spot in our core range, and today it's one of our most popular brews. Bright, zesty, and slightly floral β yuzu just clicked.
Why Yuzu?
Yuzu is no ordinary citrus. Native to East Asia and beloved in Japanese cuisine, yuzu brings a distinctive aroma, refreshing tartness, and complex flavour that falls somewhere between grapefruit, mandarin, and lime β but truly stands on its own.
Used in everything from high-end cocktails to traditional hot baths in Japan, yuzu is a cultural icon. Its uplifting scent and layered flavour profile make it a perfect match for kombucha. It adds a vibrant citrus edge without overpowering, and leaves a refreshing, clean finish that keeps you coming back for more.

How Itβs Made
We brew our Yuzu Kombucha the same way we do all our kombuchas: with a base of organic tea, raw cane sugar, and a healthy SCOBY culture. After a natural fermentation period, we infuse the brew with real yuzu juice, then bottle and can in small batches to lock in flavour, fizz, and freshness.
A bold twist on tradition, and a flavour that stuck.
