Can I return products?

We do not handle physical returns. While it is technically possible to return products, in practice the return costs are higher than the value of the item, so we do not ask customers to send products back. If a customer is dissatisfied with the product or experiences any other issue, we ask them to contact us so we can find a suitable solution together. We do, however, offer a right of withdrawal/return as required by law.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders that have not been processed yet can be changed at any time. To change your order, please send an email to shop@yayakombucha.com.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another notification which includes a track and trace link.
