We're currently experiencing Covid-19 pandemic and a lockdown. Streets have never been so quiet and terraces in Amsterdam have never been so empty during Spring season. The beginning of 2020 has been a surreal experience for all of us so far.

As a producer of organic kombucha for cafes, bars, restaurants, hotels and offices we're also experiencing the consequences of the current lockdown. Our quality manager Tessa van der Geld was approached by VMT (Voedings Middelen Technologie) Magazine to share her experiences as a young professional in times of pandemic.
