Today we've released our 4th limited edition kombucha, Pink Elderflower. Which will be exclusively available in cans.
Elderflower is the essence of summer. That moment when you can enjoy your home-made elderflower cordial in the sun. Almost like an annual ritual. We wanted to capture this feeling with our newest limited edition Pink Elderflower.
We found a special species of Elderflower called “Black Beauty” or Pink Elderflower.
As the name suggests it has vibrant pink flowers and packs an intense flavour with notes of lychee and Muscat grapes.
Specially selected Elderflowers were hand-picked at a biodynamic and organic farm in Zeeland. We allowed these Elderflowers to infuse along with organic lemons in our kombucha for 5 days so that the flavours could fully merge.
This kombucha offers a truly unique expression of the Dutch terroir. And boast fresh floral notes along with the typical musky sweetness from fresh Elderflowers.
Drink this with in a glass of ice with a slice of lemon or just straight from the can.

Previous Limited Editions
Before we introduced Citra Hop (#1 2017), Yuzu (#2 2019) and Passion Fruit & Mosaic Hop (#3 2021). Citra Hop became our fourth core range flavour, and was updated last year to 'Hops' using four American type of hops. Yuzu also became a core range flavour (the fifth) because of its very popular aromatic, zesty flavour. Did you know both of these flavours were awarded with a Great Taste Award in 2020?
Last Summer we also launched a collaboration with Jarreau Vandal celebrating his album launch. This mango passionfruit, hops kombucha was inspired by NEIPA-style hazy beers. This Special Edition is another take on the New England IPA.
