The CEO is the designated Grievance Officer and oversees this process.
How we reach a resolution
The Grievance Officer decides on the appropriate resolution, based on:

Where needed, the Grievance Officer consults relevant team members or external advisors before deciding.
Resolutions may include a correction, a change in practice, or another appropriate action. We explain the outcome and the reasoning behind it to the person who raised the concern.
