VLIER is a combination of blended and aged kombucha (7-month-old) using Chinese Keemun and Sencha teas which have been infused with wild fermented elderflowers.
The specially selected elderflower was hand-picked in and around Amsterdam the summer of 2020 and gently soaked with a 'duvet' of sliced organic lemons. For added depth and flavour the elderflowers were fermented using wild yeasts before adding them to the kombucha.
Once fully infused, it was allowed to condition and mature before bottling in Champagne-style bottles.
Enjoy this non-alcoholic yet full-bodied alternative to Champagne or sparkling wine.

Storage conditions: Keep refrigerated (2-7C). Consume within 3 days after opening.
