About the Summer seasonal flavours:
Pink Elderflower is made using hand-picked Pink Elderflowers from a bio-dynamic and organic farm in Zeeland, the Netherlands. This kombucha offers a truly unique expression of the Dutch terroir. And boast fresh floral notes along with the typical musky sweetness from fresh Elderflowers. Read more here.
This year's Rhubarb is seasonal and local, grown and harvested at biodynamic farm just below Rotterdam. It's made from a relatively new rhubarb cultivar called Raspberry Red, hence the fruity raspberry-like flavour. Read more about our farm visit here (including photos!).
