2019 kicked off with a bang! Last week we represented YAYA Kombucha at the Horecava 2019 for 4 days of madness and kombucha tasting.
Horecava plays the most important trade show for the Dutch food and beverage professional. Here’s an impressive stat: over 71.000 Restaurant owners, F&B managers, Buyers, Distributors or regular visitors came to the fair. Horecava showcases the latest and greatest in the food and beverage offering in the Netherlands. Hardware such as professional kitchen equipment, ovens and even entire food trucks were on display.
We set up booths in two locations: The “Horecava Startup Lab”. Where we had a tabletop in a section of Horecava 2019 aimed at giving young food entrepreneurs a platform.
Our second location was in Hall 11 called the “Pop-Up Bar” where we stood side by side next to many amazing beverage brands, including alcoholic ones. Our stand was very modest but at least we had fresh kombucha on tap! 🙂
We talked to a lot of people sampled a lot of our kombuchas and the overwhelming majority was really into it, which is amazing! It’s that positive feedback that keeps us going!
